About Our Founder, Peggy Newfield
Etiquette education began early for me. My aunt was deeply involved in government protocol and I loved hearing stories of other cultures and their differences, never dreaming that one day this would be my profession.
Early Career
I began my life career by teaching young children. Today, over 10,000 boys and girls, 10 students per class, have gone through our extensive 58 etiquette lessons for first grade through high school. Upon completion of those 58 lessons, students were eligible to participate in our two-week European program or Ritz week at various Ritz properties in the United States.

Media Opportunities
Massive publicity in TV, radio and print has always gone along with being high profile. There are many highlights, but one that I love to share is when the BBC sent a team from London to Atlanta for a week to film the children’s classes. That 15 minute segment was aired around the world and was the catalyst for international inquiries. Suddenly Playboy magazine wanted dating information for men. Today, we at ASP are so busy doing business that I turn down most interviews because time is a gift and the media takes time.
